1er Cru "Les Carrières"
This cuvée of Chambolle 1er Cru comes from a small plot at "Les Carrieres" with an area of 0.40 Hectares. The soil consists of a thin layer of clay, a feature on white marls but also on very dense calcareous rock.
The altitude is about 300 meters, and the plot is located at half-hill. The exposure is to the southeast.
The average yield is 40 HL / ha, producing about 2,000 bottles per year.
